1. Purpose

AAA provides strategic advisory and consulting services within the coffee and hospitality ecosystem. The services provided under this Agreement are intended to support AAA’s charitable mission by generating earned revenue used to fund its exempt programs.

2. Scope of Services

AAA shall provide strategic consulting services, which may include:

• Market and channel analysis

• Product and positioning strategy

• Ethical sourcing and partnership advisory

• Program development support

Mission-aligned storytelling and communications guidance

3. Consulting

Coffee For Christ engages in limited earned revenue activities, including consulting services related to the coffee and hospitality sector. These activities are conducted to support the organization’s exempt purpose by funding charitable outreach programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness.

Services are provided at fair market value, are not commission-based, and are overseen by the Board of Directors. Earned revenue is not an end in itself, but a means of sustaining and expanding charitable impact.
